Samantha Lynd Mr. Garney quite literally said the opposite of what I said to him in court. He only talked to me for 15 minutes prior to the first court date. I asked him about discovery, and he said what discovery. He was my court appointed attorney, and I fired him the first day during court! He had no intention of fighting to bring my child home to me, and that was very apparent that first day in court. I would not recommend him based on his actions 4 years ago. Hopefully he has changed his ways. I wouldve put zero stars on here if that were an option.

Tracy Long Is this man still practicing law? We have been trying to reach him for a yr and a half. Not once has a person answered the phone. The voice-mail is always full and the one time I was able to leave a message, no one returned my call. How does a lawyer stay in business if no one can reach them?

Richard Staley Jac did a solid job helping me and my family with my moms recent Last Will & testament she had left us. It did take awhile basically a couple years but a lot of it was due to Dallas County Probate court system processing, also had to settle with my family which we did, But Jac is professional and does the job. Takes a lot of patients with family wills as well but definitely recommend Jac as a probate Attorney.
