5 /5 Jo Lamm: Since I am not one to normally write reviews, good or bad, this is incredibly overdue. Sorry Jay, for not having done this sooner! Up front I would like to say, Jay and Carol handled my case in such a respectful, responsive, professional, sincere and sensitive manor. Even my first phone call with Jay, reflected his true concern for both my son and myself. It definitely felt more like a relationship rather than someone hired for a service. The sense of a great team effort made the awful subject turn toward a more positive vibe. Jay was wholeheartedly committed to doing his very best toward my cause. His integrity and passion for the law and fighting for what is right gave me such hope and comfort when it was most needed. Jay is blessed with discernment, intelligence, and a tremendous drive. These attributes were proven true in the fact that he remained fully informed of all newly enforced and/or revised legal guidelines, regulations and procedures for the county he serves in and for the state. You will find his knowledge of, and experience with his peers (other attorneys), and associated judges is pleasantly surprising and proved most helpful. His quick-wit is an excellent weapon in all negotiations which was vital in my case, and his ability to maneuver the personalities we were dealing with is invaluable. It was a true pleasure working with Jay! I would not like to repeat the process of divorce and custodial arrangements, but if I had to, I would, without a doubt, call on Jay again. Oh and you know you picked a great attorney when the former husband tells you (even a year after the divorce), that he was out lawyered. Icing on the cake! Jay was fair, and had great advice on how to keep things amicable throughout the process. He was reasonably priced compared to a few other attorneys I spoke with, and he made efforts to keep the billable hours as low as possible. He seems to have a lot of integrity, which made me feel like I could trust him when he gave advice on next steps. He made a very tough time less stressful.

5 /5 CLAYTON JENKINS: Where to start? Jay and I have been “roughing the seas” for two years with a difficult divorce. My experience with Jay has been nothing but great. The man knows the law and leaves nothing to chance. He’s very patient but assertive in his doings. Never has he left me wondering about the status on the divorce, his communication is excellent. If he gives you the opportunity to retain him as your attorney, do it. Today solidified my divorce and my results were nothing but ideal. His assistant Carol is awesome as Jay is. 5 /5 Nan S.: Ive been divorced for 6 years, and I still keep in contact with Jay and Carol- they care. Divorce is not fun. Id say it was the most stressful experience of my life, but I can honestly say that I had the best attorney to help me reach my goals. Jay wasnt only effective in achieving almost all of the goals that we set up, he was also very effective in managing my emotions and my expectations- he kept me on track even when emotions got high. Smart, articulate, fantastic sense of humor- you need a good sense of humor in this situation, I think. Bottom line- I recommend Jay every opportunity that I get. If I ever need a divorce attorney again, hed be my first and only call.
