1 /5 Paul Echols: Unfortunately, my experience with Calmes Financial has been progressively more and more disappointing. They seem like good people but the service I was provided aside from their very nice secretary was horrible. I needed a tax return first and from there I was hoping to work with them on amending a previous years return, re-organizing my company, and other financial planning.
The CPA I worked with though very nice, did not answer my emails, provide me with the answers I needed, or desire to work on my account at all without me badgering. I did not receive any notification about my return being filed until after I asked. I also never received an quote or invoice until I showed up at their doorstep wondering where my return was. My CPA was not there to discuss anything about it and they forced me to pay without any explanation to their bad service or discussion about my return
I typically do not leave reviews, especially negative reviews, so I hope that gives you some insight to how I feel about this experience with Calmes Financial.
