1 /5 Sheira Grice: I called yesterday to acquire some information about utility assistance. The lady that I spoke with told me to call back today at 9am to have an application emailed out to me. I did. She proceeded to tell me that she was told to tell people that they’ve reached their limits. How so? You opened up your business at 9am. Bad business and they need to be further looked into.

1 /5 Nesie Hawkins: Ive called them for a whole week to no avail.. A computerized system answers and states that someone will be with you shortly and then theres music for a loonnggg, nearly 10 minute wait and then they hang up everytime.. This goes on from 7am-5pm Mon-Fri.. Their website boasts an online application process but it also doesnt work.. I have simple questions & dont feel I need to drive 52 miles away to have them answered or worse, no1 there doing business.. Ugh.. An very disappointed..
