2 /5 D.J. Hammer: Dont understand why both branches are closed on Saturday now. That puts a lot of people and businesses out. Not very happy with this bank and might switch to find a bank that stays open AT LEAST HALF THE DAY. Which is sad, because Ive always liked this ball up until now.

However today, we had to purchase several higher priced items, totaling much more than our daily normal. I received a call, from First State, verifying we made the purchase. I has not anticipating any contact from the bank. It was very nice to know they are watching my account!

This bank does a lot of local business for companies and they support their community in so many ways by giving back. I was grateful to be able to collect coke tabs for Sophie and deliver them to this bank in order to help a local child in need. They never stop giving.

1 /5 Angela Doles: They say 1 thing and do another. They charge you fees for everything. Was told you wouldnt get an OD fee if it was under $5. That was a lie. You get charged $30 for even being $0.5 over. Then when you contact them about it, they are rude to you. All they care about is your money. Not you as an individual. This happens to be the WORST BANK I have ever had the displeasure of working with.
