1 /5 J J: One of their clients hit my car they said I need to call the cops and ask for the vin number when everyone police crash information exchange report only gives the plate number. The cops said tell them to use the plate number my insurance company said we only use plate number which brings up the vin number, this company is actually participating in insurance fraud. They refuse to take my claim from their client that hit my car. They asked for vin number when if the simply just use the plate number the police told me to use they would Get the vin number. I asked for a supervisor they said the same thing I promise if they don’t process my claim I’m going to just hire a lawyer which is my uncle an ex congressman to sue them for insurance fraud
