Gordon Pulis Wifes car was flooded during Imelda on a Thursday. TXFB surged claims agents, adjusters and assessors from other areas to the Houston area. Seven days later wife is in her new car. Even though they had to be overwhelmed with claims we never felt rushed. They were understanding, patient and professional through it all. Cant even nit pick a single thing.

Upon entering the store with my wife, the agent exhibited a rude demeanor and seemed uninterested in assisting us. I cannot be certain if it was due to my Trump hat or their ethnicity, but throughout the interaction, her tone was very unenthusiastic. My wife was tempted to confront her, but we ultimately decided to leave.
