5 /5 DIANNE REILLY: So, I called and spoke with a young lady named Erica and I was frantic to get insurance coverage for my new vehicle so I could drive it off the lot, go home and get some much needed rest, as I work 3rd shift. This young lady didnt even know me, but hearing the tired urgency in my voice she grabbed control of the situation with cheerful confidence, reassuring me that she would handle it. Which she did. If she was so amazing to just a random potential customer, I guarantee you she provided even better customer service to loyal Loya customers ( if thats even possible!)
