3 /5 Setara Mastin: The staff here is usually very sweet and ready to help you with whatever you need. However, their follow through and "information" is, for the lack of a better word, terrible. For example, we recently moved so we had to update our address. The (very nice) lady told my husband that since we are moving to a Houston ZIP that our rate would go up about $10-$12. Okay, thats no problem. I completely understand. BUT next thing we know our policy went from $230 a month to $320+!!(Way more than "$10") So of course we called and tried to figure out what was going on and the only answer we got was it jumped because of Auto Pay? Apparently when they changed our address it took us off of AP causing us to lose some discount? Which weve been using them for over 5 years and have always been on AP, so why they decided to take us off and raise our price... I dont know? After a long phone call "clarifying" things, our new quote was now $300. LOL This still didnt make any sense and the (very nice) lady didnt have an answer to why our rate would jump up so high when we were told differently from another (very nice) lady a few days ago when we made the change. Honestly, I dont think it was ever disclosed what made it go up $70?
Anyways, if you want friendly people this is your place! BUT if you want to actually save money, I recommend going elsewhere... We just switched and saved $160!! I wont name the exact place to be fair...
