From the beginning, it felt like she was more interested in pushing me to settle for whatever the other side offered than actually fighting for my best interests. She repeatedly guilt-tripped me into accepting unfavorable terms, leaving me feeling unsupported and unheard throughout the process.
Adding insult to injury, Jessica admitted to me that her mistakes cost me the case. This was a shocking and unprofessional confession that highlighted her lack of accountability and competence. On top of that, trying to get in touch with her was a nightmare. Every time I called the law firm, it was nearly impossible to reach her, and the lack of communication made an already stressful situation even worse.
Jessica also went back on her word multiple times, blatantly lying about certain aspects of the case and making promises she never intended to keep. Her dishonesty and lack of professionalism make her completely untrustworthy.
I strongly urge anyone considering hiring Jessica Mendez to think twice. She is a horrible attorney who lacks integrity, communication skills, and the dedication needed to effectively represent her clients. Save yourself the frustration and find someone who will genuinely have your back.
