The Real Young Mensah Literally this people came took my car and never sent me a letter. I emailed to get my bank account changed on the account they never updated and had the wrong address as well. I’ve been emailing no response and when i call I’m put on hold to be transferred and get hung up on! This is literally ridiculous! If I could give zero stars I would the experience has been terrible you have to jump through hoops even if you are going through a rough patch and they seem to not be knowledgeable on help if they aren’t in that specific department it’s baffling and disappointing.

john blum John and Sarah make you feel like family and they are always looking out for your best interest. Wouldnt want my finances in anyone elses hands. Highly recommend trusting them with your business!

Anastasia Mayer The new property manager sucks she was very rude and is never here to address concerns if your looking for an apartment here in Coleman dont go through GBT they talk trash about all of there tenants and they do go based off credit reports. Also these apartments are not nice enough for the price they do cheap ass repairs. If they dont like you theyll evict the good tenants and keep the crack head tenants. Also if you have any issues dont even bother trying to call them they never pick up and if they do and say theyre gonna talk to someone else about it they wont they suck at communicating within the company.

LaTachie Johnson Ive waited over a month for a call back on a loan I applied for.Ive even had to apply twice cause my first application got lost in there system smh tell me how that happens ill never try and get a loan from them again poor business, and still till this day I havent got any updates about my loan.

Lorelei Crenshaw LETTY IS SO HELPFUL! I had an uncommon account type that I needed to have set up this week. It took 3 days, 3 branches in 2 states and 5 associates to get it done. Letty started everything off for me before sending me to one of the only 2 bankers in San Antonio that could access the proper paperwork. Once the account was set up I went back into the Seguin branch and Donna helped me get the last few things in order to get my business account up and going. I truly appreciate the help that they have provided me this week! They are stellar humans!
