Simme was very helpful when she helped me customizing my insurance package according to my needs and budget. The service is a 10/10 as the team always tries to keep me updated with reminders through text, email, or call. When I had a claim, the agency would regularly check up on me to make sure I was doing okay. Overall, they were very helpful. Simme and her assistant Victoria are great at explaining coverages and recommending any deficiencies they notice. Realistically reading inclusions/exclusions is a bit like reading legal docs where you need a law degree lol but Simme and Victoria did such an excellent job of explaining coverages that I felt very comfortable after making my decision. They both have an excellent personality and go above and beyond for the customer. Office was very clean and organized. I highly recommend this agent to anyone looking for insurance and you will get a very competetive rate with an A+ insurer!!!
