1 /5 Circle B Forge: When I first set up my account I told them to decline any charges, wether it be card or draft, if I did not have the money. In July I had made a purchase of $650 with over 2k in my account, I had other parts and supplies to purchase as well with that 2k, the $650 purchase took over a week to post, and when it did, it put my account negative $400, no notification, so I continued to spend as if I had $200 in my account even though it was negative to my knowledge. The $650 was not shown against my available balance until it posted. I brought the account to zero with a Zelle. payment, called first financial, gave them an earful about how they do not respect what parameters I set for my account and told them to close it. End of story right? Wrong. Jan 11th I had received $250 through cashapp, ffin account number and routing had not been updated to my new bank in cashapp. I call ff twice now and get told that I cannot have the $250 back because the account never got fully closed and I had “insufficient funds” charges that I owed them. No idea how cause I had thrown the card away. And they refused to give me my money back. Called again today 1/24/24 and was met with the same rude attitude and got nowhere with getting my money back.
STAY THE HELL AWAY, THEY DO NOT FOLLOW YOUR INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ACCOUNT IS SET UP AND WILL FIGHT TOOTH AND NAIL TO KEEP YOUR MONEY. USE ANY OTHER BANK BESIDES THESE THEIFS
