1 /5 Sterling Covington: Wont let my 72 year old mother purchase an air conditioner when its 90F in her house because it, "looks like a suspicious purchase," because my mother doesnt regularly buy air conditioning units, or something, now she is crying and keeps saying she feels like a failure, and First Commercial Bank doesnt have any customer support on the weekend.
