jim saumby I live in South Florida, but I stay with Kerr County CU. I owned my own business for 23 years. Customer service is exceedingly important to me. In truth, I demand it. Customer service in our country has depleted to that of a third world country. Kerr County CU has gone out of their way to take care of me, and I am truly grateful.

Madeline Horn I appreciate that they take delivery of heavy and gigantic packages and even bring them out to my car. Employees have always been friendly and helpful. I do wonder how people who work a traditional M-F schedule get their packages with no weekend, evening or early morning hours at this post office.

David DeLuca My Husband & I met with Coleen to get some guidance on our business after running into some complicated matters recently. Coleen is very knowledgable & easily answered all of our questions with great clarity without skipping a beat. We were slightly taken aback by the level of information she gave as we have not previously been provided with that amount of communication. Since we are a pretty straight forward services business, she was able to guide us on how to proceed forward in addition to putting a plan of action together for future tax matters so that they may be done correctly & efficiently. We have been blown away with the level of service we have received so far & very much look forward to blossoming a professional relationship with this company to ensure our businesses finances are properly cared for.
