5 /5 Anel Perez: Randy Calderon, is such a fine gentle soul that they always make me feel welcomed and appreciated my business for five years. They always make sure I have all my questions asked. They steered me in the right for my insurance needs at the same time saving me money.

1 /5 Paula Ramirez: This man doesnt even deserve one star! Randy is an incompetent jerk who doesnt know anything about his job, much less providing the minimum of what is expected of customer service! We paid him a year in advance and still had fees on top of that, because "he didnt know the exact quote!" He failed to notify us of any late fees or extra money owed, until we received a bill! After already spending over $2000! He did nothing to fix the situation and only further fueled our desire to never have him or Farmers by not even apologizing and hiking our insurance up again, thinking wed actually go back! I have asked to speak with a supervisor over him or another agent and have yet to be contacted. I am still very upset just thinking about how horrible this man treated loyal customers that continued to pay, even when his poor service and lack of knowledge started showing. I hope anyone reading this reconsiders buying any insurance from him.

I have been with this agency for years, and I trust Farmers in protecting my belongings when they’re in harms way. I will continue to go to RC and Randy with all of my insurance needs!

1 /5 Anna Walters: It is not an unreasonable expectation to be greeted at a business with a smile, hello,how are you and what can I do for you today. This business dropped the ball. The greeting my friend and I received made us feel unwelcome and unappreciated. When my friend expressed her opinion about the way she was treated, not just today but yesterday as well. Randy became defensive and said he would not be criticized and if taking her business some place is what she wanted to do they didnt have a problem with it, because they had thousands of policy owners. I am not a farmers ins. Customer but my friend has been for over 2 years. I know Farmers is a great company, and should I decide to go with Farmers in the future, I will not do business at this location. Finally, anyone I know who is considered Farmers I will steer them clear of this location.

1 /5 Camille Lofton: Worst experience of my life. Randy is rude and since he got over 3000 policy I can take mine some where else. I was misquoted and treated poorly. I guess Im going to the next Farmers Agent thatll appreciate my money
