1 /5 Anna Walters: It is not an unreasonable expectation to be greeted at a business with a smile, hello,how are you and what can I do for you today. This business dropped the ball. The greeting my friend and I received made us feel unwelcome and unappreciated. When my friend expressed her opinion about the way she was treated, not just today but yesterday as well. Randy became defensive and said he would not be criticized and if taking her business some place is what she wanted to do they didnt have a problem with it, because they had thousands of policy owners. I am not a farmers ins. Customer but my friend has been for over 2 years. I know Farmers is a great company, and should I decide to go with Farmers in the future, I will not do business at this location. Finally, anyone I know who is considered Farmers I will steer them clear of this location.
