sadizzy24 I called in looking in for different insurance prices, and a young lady under the name of Alejandra assisted me. She was very helpful & kind demonstrating a lot of knowledge about insurance. On top of that I learned a couple things on insurance that I had even yet to know.

John Duffy Customer service is great - Sandra Ramirez did a great job helping me get insurance on my Ford F-150. Prices will this State Farm beats Allstate. I was with Allstate for over 10 years and dropped them because they kept hiking my prices when I have a clean record. Glad I switched to State Farm.

Ruston Raybon Ive been with Farm Bureau since I started driving over 20 years ago. In all that time all of the agents and people with Farm Bureau have been kind and accommodating every time Ive needed to speak to them. My issue is that as kind and nice as the agents are they are (in my experience) often terrible at getting anything done. For instance I submitted a receipt from a locksmith for getting my car unlocked. My agent, Mike Johnson, said hed get it taken care of. I just got reimbursed... 3 months later. That was after a dozen follow up phone calls, emails, and voice mails with mike and very little return communication. When I worked with Mike to get my home insurance adjusted it literally took 5 months... it should have taken a couple weeks, but he just wouldnt follow through with anything. I had dozens of calls, voicemails, and emails trying to get him to take care of me. Ive had similar experiences with other agents. Theyre nice, they say the right things... but nothing gets done unless you call them every week for 3 months.

Mike Hatcher We have been using Vince for our commercial insurance needs for years and he always takes GREAT care of me! The customer service and communication are top notch which is super hard to find now.
