I called in and Loren Lopez assisted me and was so very pleasant and explained everything to MY understanding. I stayed with the company because of Loren. Today another young lady assisted me and was not good, but scooted over to Loren she took control explained with total patience. If you need help and want a pleasant experience ask for Loren Lopez. Stephen Black I called for a quote on a new policy for three vehicles and was told to hold for someone. After a minute or two the phone was answered and the person on the other end told me they were too busy at the moment and would call me back. They never did. I eventually found another Nationwide agent out of town.

Michael Caudle Proactive!!!! Always calls me when I have a change to my insurance which is appreciated because sometimes the changes are small and I wouldnt probably notice. MY coverage is great. If you are shopping for insurance based off price and not coverage you are doing it wrong. The best insurance will not be the cheapest 9 out of 10 times. Do yourself and my family a favor and get yourself covered properly with Allstate.
