5 /5 Paul Giles: Michael Copeland and the Copeland Cares Agency IS THE ABSOLUTE GREATEST resource I have!! I have been driving for more years than I care to remember. So, naturally, I have had auto insurance for all of that time. And during these years of having auto coverage, I have had some poor experiences with agents, I have had some decent experiences with agents. I have had good experiences with adjusters when I was insured by USAA. It wasn’t until I was referred by a mutual friend, Savannah Dunn, that I discovered what I did NOT know I was missing for the entirety of my driving career! I only wish that I had listened when Savannah advised me to call him a year prior when she first recommended him. Now, Michael and I are not related, he is not paying me to write this review either. I learned that I was now able to provide a Google review of him and his Copeland Cares Agency. This revelation was very important for me to share what an incredible person and asset he is, that I stopped what I was doing to sit and share about him. Insurance agents are in business to help their customers to have proper insurance for their needs. We can be honest and admit that insurance agents are also in business to make money. The difference here with Michael, is, that he dedicated the appropriate amount of time to help understand fully what my needs are what my needs will be over the next year and then to come up with a proposal to help ensure that my family is protected in the event that insurance is needed to be used. Michael provided me with an education about insurance, how insurance works, how vastly important it is to be sure that you are paying for the coverage that you need And not paying for coverage that you do not need. Unfortunately, many people get sucked into the advertising of “you can be insured for $39 a month.” When Michael presents you with the proposal that is going to be $149 per month. For example, you might be shocked. Once Michael and his team explains what that monthly price covers versus what the $39 a month price covers it all makes sense! Those numbers are just an example by the way not actual numbers. Michael has shared with me on several occasions after referring people to him, that he may not be the right price for their budget today, but he hops that with the time he spends to educate and help people that those he cannot represent today, will call on him a year later. I have never had an experience with an insurance agent or agency that has been as responsive nor have I had an experience that has genuinely expressed care for me, my situation and my family like I have from Michael Copeland. Since switching my insurance policies to his agency, I have referred numerous clients to him. He has reported back on occasion that the people I have referred did not have the same criteria to receive the same identical rate, I did. However, Michael does not push anyone into buying anything that is beyond their comfort level or their means.
