1 /5 Clarence Holland: I had a question about my insurance verification. There was a employee (named Sarah) talking to another employee doing nothing but talking. I walked up and politely said excuse maam. She looked at me so rudely and said what. At that point I had to pause and gather my composure. Very rude, very very unprofessional, and really shouldnt be working with the public.
