1 /5 Sharyn Hightower: Not a happy experience. They let my homeowners policy expire, with just one email reminder (three months before it was actually due). I paid once a year, so that one reminder was too early. By the time I received something in the mail, it was 7 days past expiration. No phone call, no "we care about you and your home" like the billboards say. Nothing. Even after I cancelled the auto policies, no communication or care. Just a weird $50.00 fee for "handling my policy" Wow.
also, I was on the phone with the front desk guy earlier that week , asking a question about the homeowners policy. He never mentioned that it was expiring (or expired. )
