1 /5 Alexa Johnson: When I met Eric regarding my auto accident, he assured me that all I needed to worry about was getting better and healing and they would help me with the rest, but that was far from the truth and I feel misled. I was constantly spending time chasing the staff for answers and updates, multiple times being hung up on or brushed aside. A huge issue I had was with the paralegal Ida. She was rude, inconsiderate, and condescending. She made me feel so anxious about my case and didn’t provide any reassurance, actually withholding information of which I only got reassurance from Eric later on. She also, despite having all of my financial information, was incorrectly calculating medical costs for me that I wouldn’t have otherwise noticed unless I did my own calculations. If I did not advocate for myself heavily then it would have been a different outcome. Finally, at the end of my case, there were some final loose ends to tie up that I was assured would be handled, but of course, I’ve been tossed aside and ignored, nobody has gotten back to me. Wouldn’t recommend this office.
