1 /5 Rod Granado: I want to complain about the bad service I got when I tried to cancel my home insurance. I called in February to cancel, but a month later, they still charged me. When I called again, a guy named Michael was rude and told me to call the insurance company myself. He shouldve told me that earlier. He didnt even give me their number. Finally, when I did call them, they said the person who handled my cancellation didnt do it properly. Dont bother dealing with this company; theyre unreliable and dont communicate well.
