Osmara Levaron This bank has improved its customer service. A year ago I had a serious problem, I was leaving on 45 South, too much construction. I was stuck in traffic for around 45 minutes. It was so difficult get with them.I visited recently this bank and they took great care of me, all your staff. I congratulate all the staff! It is also the bank that lends you more money and gives you facilities to have a loan.

Anytime I leave a voicemail with any business I know to give them at least 1-2 business days to return my calls. Its only reasonable and logical. Any business worth doing business with will more than likely be very busy and may find difficulty returning the call the same day. Ive never had any issues with JNB returning my calls in a practical timeframe. Love keeping my business local.

Claude SERRES Katherine LEE, from Quick Draw payroll, has managed in less than one month a six months dispute I had with Twin Elm Guest Ranch about deposit reimbursement due and never return to me. GG Deborah was slow to respond to repeated requests for an error on the bank paying a promotion for new business checking account and they said it would take about 4 weeks to correct it. During account opening there was no notice of a monthly charge to provide paper statements on a so-called "no-fee account".....keeping Chase, at least they are straight forward and not sneaky with fees. Follow up: selected paperless online but was told it will probably take another cycle before they stop charging!
