I had been in talks with him about the loan process for an extended period and had several attempts that ended up not being the right fit over a year time-frame. He was always encouraging, quick to help, and had great insight. The home we closed on eventually needed a rapid turnaround on the loan, and he was clear about what we could do and put in the effort to help us get closed quicker than expected. Syzygy The Label Was in search of a new CPA and was recommended Chrystal by a friend in town. Her prices are great, she prepared and filed my taxes quickly, and got me a better refund than my former accountant. Everyone in the office is friendly and only reached out with necessary questions which I am grateful for as a busy business owner with not much free time so I try to stick to strictly business communications (not that I hate a conversation just my previous accountant would have my on the phone for an hour over something that could’ve been a quick minute or an email).
