Marcela was a fantastic Client Coach and treated me with respect. Bonnie was my Portfolio Manager/Closing Coordinator and had immense patience while guiding me through the process. OTRL and their incredible employees make this normally scary process easy, comfortable, and fast! Along with their loan services, they offer financial mentoring. This is a huge asset that I would recommend EVERYONE take advantage of. OTRL helps you improve your credit and financial position via their mentoring. Lisa Stout We made a reservation for one of their presentations at Flemings- Woodlands. A couple of days before the event, they called us up and said we were no longer invited because we had been to one of their presentations. We made the reservation to hear the info again and maybe reconsider using them for estate business. I ask them then to quit sending is invitations for dinner and presentation. Yesterday, received another one. Will never consider using these people. RUDE
