2 /5 Patrick R.: Nice enough staff but pretty deceptive business practices. Ive had a $20k loan with them for a while; I get an offer in the mail to get another loan, pay off the existing one, and have a little left over. Im in a place where I could use that, so I go through the application process. So after going through the process (and getting dinged with a hard credit inquiry), the website tells me I can get up to $10k unsecured, or $20k secured. Okay, that tracks with what the offer said. But when I actually talked to them on the phone, they said "oh actually the most we can give you is $1200." So essentially, I was misled, and let myself get hit with a hard inquiry for no reason. Edit: 2 months later. I have never heard from the below account. I sent them an email as requested, got an autoreply, and haven’t heard anything since.

1 /5 Tiffany Carpenter: Find another option! I hate I ever opted for help in this form. Not only will you pay soooo much extra on what you borrowed it’s ridiculous but they are rude females that call and hound you like bill collectors as SOON as your payment is late even if you regularly pay, even if you are ahead and don’t even owe the whole payment! They could also care less about any hardship that might come about for you even if you have been paying all along. The smart mouths on the people you have to encounter along with the hounding is just not it. I got this loan trying to consolidate my bills but it was a bad move! When I look at how much I will pay at the end I could’ve paid off my debt twice over. I regret this choice. Try to find another option and save yourself the trouble and frustration and rudeness.
