Rochelle Taylor Tom Chaney has been my mother’s financial planner for decades. He has always treated her like family and has assisted her as if he were watching over his own mother. It was at his recommendation years ago that she purchase a long term care policy. Fortunately she trusted all of the financial advice he gave her to include investing for retirement. Due to health concerns, it became necessary for my mom to reside in Assisted Living. As a result of the special care Mr. Chaney took in overseeing my mother’s financial planning, she is 81 years of age and is still able to provide for all her own needs with zero financial burden. Although my mother relocated to the east coast years ago, Mr. Chaney continues to check in on her and is very responsive when we need assistance with any her policies/accounts. The experience with Chaney and Associates is beyond outstanding!!!!

When we had trouble with financial aid, she personally went with us to the aid office and made sure that the paperwork was submitted. Her compassion and kindness was very welcoming and it made us feel this organization truly cares about its students. There customer service went above and beyond. Great Job Navarro College!!!

Devan Putman The women who work here are terrible! Last year I took off work to get my registration done and the lady says that I have to come back the next day with my co-signers signature on a piece of paper without even checking in her system, so the next day I come and see a different lady who says that that was not necessary since my name was on the title, so I wasted two work days and gas money for carelessness on the first woman’s part. THIS YEAR it’s costing me THREE days where I had to leave work early and THREE trips into town with very little gas once again simply because the people who work there either don’t know what they’re doing or simply don’t care. Everyone I’ve talked to has similar stories. Hate this place.
