Christopher Valdez Not as helpful as I thought they would be. Well actually I have not been helped at all? Update on review. I was upset due to being effected by Harvey. Running into what seem like road blocks on the road to recovery. In the end United Way of Brazoria county came thru in a big way. All I can say is thanks to them Im well on my way back to recovery. Im very appreciative of what they did for me. I want to thank all who were involved in helping me from United Way and everyone who contributed. Thank you.

I’ve been dreading having to make a call to FWCC in fear of being judged on my current situation. My interaction with Ray was extremely encouraging and he was so kind to me. A Cruz Serrano I was referred by a friend to come here and boy am I glad I did. Julia was the personal banker helping and she helped my friend. My friend came in with me and she remembered the interaction. I mean she really connected with us. She explained in details the step to take. In addition, what tier level I fall in based off my credit. The process took a little longer on my part. But, she was patient and determined to help me through it.
