1 /5 Cecilia Campos: I agree this Loan company has a reputation arround other financial institutions on the lower Valley, but the Manager is rude and do not allow a person to explain or speak, either the position of manager is not right for her or she is just a person that likes to argue. I spoke today and other occasions with her and she immediately started screaming and arguing when I was making questions. I do not recommend Economy Finance to any one! They supposed to give oportunities not treat you like you are not worth giving a small loan to stablish credit.

1 /5 Karla Sifuentes: They are the rudest person I never met and with the worst customer service, they can have if they are not willing to give you a good service so why they have that kind of business? If we go to this place is because we have a problem to resolve maybe an urgent problem,we do not go to take the money for free, we are going to pay a high interest so why the girls there talked to you with a lot of haughty?, definitely is not a good place to apply for a loan, super rude people without human quality. I can give them -5 stars( a super bad place)

1 /5 Ana Gomez: honestly i understand the location is on the lower valley of Texas but they can not be speaking to you in two languages the staff are rude do not know how to answer the phone and the manager Alma either the position of manager is not right for her or she is just a person that likes to argue I called today and she immediately started screaming and arguing when I was making questions. Either she not fit for the position or she is just trashy and does not have any customer service skills.

1 /5 odie esparza: Definitely dont I repeat dont go here. Im speaking about experience, I have had a loan with this finance company. I admit my payment was 2 days late. It came due on the 8th, well to my surprise on the 10th I get a letter in the mail stating I had broke my promise and didnt comply with my agreement not to even mention the last paragraph in that letter which said " Keep your credit good with us, as I am sure you will need it in the future " Oh hell no. This to me is offensive. Definitely no people skills much less education. "Manager" I strongly believe you need to look up that meaning. Would have gave it no stars if possible.
