I did encounter an issue with an automatic payment not going out and when I called in a panic, the bank resolved it quickly and without hassle. They took my concerns seriously, explained the steps they were taking to fix the problem, and followed up to ensure everything was in order. The bank also offers a well-designed mobile app that makes managing my finances easy. Transferring funds, depositing checks, and monitoring transactions are all seamless. Overall, Neighborhood Credit Union has exceeded my expectations with its reliability, great customer service, and commitment to solving any issues efficiently. I am very satisfied with my banking experience here.

YOU CAN ACTUALLY SMELL THEM THROUGH THE PACKAGING. THEY HAVE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PROVIDES THE BEST SERVICE WITH WHAT YOU WANT AND NEED. I LIKE MY CANDLES WITHOUT THE WICK BECAUSE I WARM THEM AND SHE MAKES MY CANDLES JUST THE WAY I LIKE THEM! I HAVE ORDERED ALMOST EVERY MONTH FROM HERE SINCE I HAVE BECOME A CUSTOMER. I have high hopes that this company will prosper to something unimaginable.

Sharita Bouldwin I absolutely love World Finance! Didn’t have to move a muscle I started with them around 2012 and have got 3 loans total! I had a pretty bad accident I needed some funds to Cover bills provided the four forms and information that they needed with my documents… And just like that within 15 minutes $1000 was inside of my account. The payback amounts are reasonable. From here on out I will continue to have this as Marco go to spot!
