Rachel May I don’t normally go out of my way to write reviews. But today I can honestly say I experienced the most incredible customer service from Ray Bush. I’ve been dreading having to make a call to FWCC in fear of being judged on my current situation. My interaction with Ray was extremely encouraging and he was so kind to me. He shed so much light onto my unfortunate situation. I cannot thank you enough, Ray.

Joshua Horton Cameron and his team at First Financial were incredible. They were helpful every step of the way. I had been in talks with him about the loan process for an extended period and had several attempts that ended up not being the right fit over a year time-frame. He was always encouraging, quick to help, and had great insight. The home we closed on eventually needed a rapid turnaround on the loan, and he was clear about what we could do and put in the effort to help us get closed quicker than expected. His clear and timely responses coupled with his genuine interest and excitement for us was a big part of the process being such a positive experience.
