Customer service was exceptional. & she was able to answer a few of my questions in accordance to her jurisdiction. Higher legal matters she advised me would be best suited to discuss with the actual a credited attorney. In any case I the conversation was very pleasant & informative. The staff is so nice and they always keep you informed with everything going on with your case. This was my first accident and they made everything so easy for me.
