Ive sent 2 emails requesting a call back and have not received anything from his office. I cant imagine what I would have to do to reach Mr Arrieta had I needed help with a claim. I never had any issues when Ron Montgomery was the agent. Ive been with Allstate for decades and am very happy with the coverage and assistance Ive received in the past. Looks like Im changing agents.

Every time I walk through the door I get great service and the lowest possible rate.True to my word, even after a couple years I will not go anywhere else for my insurance. Original: Alamo is great! Cynthia worked very hard to get me the lowest rate. She was also very prompt in following up with us when situations developed. I have now found my permanent insurance agency.

mad joe I first met Michael at All American Insurance about 5 years ago when I asked him to help me find an auto policy providing the needed coverage for my vehicles that also might save me money. He got back to me quickly and I was so happy with the results I transferred my home owners policy to him a couple of months later. He now handles all my insurance needs and each time I have asked for help in lower my payments, he has delivered. I recently contacted him (11-2024) when my current auto policy was going to increase by 40% upon renewal. Not only did he quickly find a new company with comparable coverage, he was able to save me about 30% from what I had been currently paying.
