ariel arias when i showed up to get a loan i was greeted with kindness, and was helped immediately, after i explained my situation they walked me through the process step by step and shown me what i was approved for. They were very patient, helpful and they got me out of the situation that i was in. By all means the best experiences that i’ve ever had, all the other places i went to get a loan i was given a hard time and was never helped out. Charles Miller With a name as big and as well known as H&R Block, its nice knowing that people like Marie take the time to make you feel welcome and important. A lot of larger tax companies are in the market to get them in and get them out and you dont feel comfortable but rather rushed and almost as if though youre in the way. Onesam Definitely one of the best treatments I have received as a customer. I needed to open up a bank account and had went to Wells Fargo, they treated my husband and I terribly we felt so uncomfortable and unwelcome no kind of greeting or a smile we felt as if they didn’t want us there. We saw that PNC just across the street was opened because we went around 4pm and they closed until 6pm and we decided to give it a try. The greatest decision we ever made. As soon as we walked in, Brianna received us with a smile and a charmisma we felt the difference right away and we knew we were in good hands. Shannon helped us with the bank account she was very friendly and was determined to helping us open the account that same day since we needed it very soon and it all got taken care of. I am grateful for how they treated us, I will always recommend this place.
