Our follow-up with Allstate has simplified the steps necessary to get our vehicle assessed and repaired. The lady taking our input cared and was very precise and kind in directing us for a rental car and the repair. Cant say enough good things about the smoothness of the process.

2 /5 Robert Tiffany: I asked if house settling was included in my home policy. It was treated as a claim but was not covered so it cost them nothing. My home insurance premium increased substantially. Not very happy with them.

1 /5 Clint Gross: Worst company I have ever had insurance with! Not only did they mess up my insurance but they also put a wreck on me that I didn’t have! Never will use them again! I do not recommend them at all!
