Dana Gonzalez I have had an absolute horrible experience with Transamerica after the passing of my mom. My other siblings got their check but I did not so I contacted them. At that time I was told that all of my paperwork was in good order and I would receive a check in 5-7 days. It’s been a month and nothing. I have called numerous times and get a song and dance. Customer service really cannot tell you anything except what’s in their computer. They told me a processing team was reviewing my case and that someone would call me in two days. No one called then I called again. I was told someone would call me in two hours no one called I’ve held for supervisors. They never get on the phone. I’ve been told supervisors will call me. No one ever calls me. I just get a run around all the time and all of us has beneficiaries. Get the same thing with 10% tax worth health yet it’s one lie after another and still no check and no one will call me to tell me what’s happening today they said that the taxes were being calculated which is not true. We all get the same thing and they’ve already gotten their check. It’s a horrible experience after the passing of my mom. The customer service is absolutely horrible and I would never recommend Transamerica to anyone. My dad would be so upset if you were alive today don’t buy anything from them. Your descendants will not be treated kindly.
