1 /5 Something Forward: I called in and told them my name lady was extremely rude. Her words were, I KNOW WHO YOU ARE AND I TURNED YOU DOWN. Y would you act like you have a personnel anger issue. If you dont want to do business with me then say so dont be rude and sound like you hate the world. The lady I am referring to is Pamela. I would highly recommend going somewhere else to get a loan. I am ​a customer and paying you to borrow money not the other way around VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

1 /5 Lisa Sanchez: This company is out to take peoples money and thats it. I arranged for the 101 day option and the company never updated my account therefore causing my payments to be off and resulting in me paying 3 times what I purchased the item for. When I reached out about it I had already paid twice the purchase price and they offered a settlement of 2800.00 resulting in a $7000 purchase price for a $2000 item what kind of settlement is that? All I got was Im sorry that is what the system gave me as an option. We have made many purchases with AFF and now that trust is lost. Sadly we will not be making anymore purchases with this company.

1 /5 Jennifer Prien: They sent me a letter in the mail offering up to $1,300 cash loan and they tried to hide the fact they charge 60% interest they want to charge on this by saying its only $776 to borrow it. Do not borrow money from these people you will never get out of debt at that interest rate
