1 /5 Christina Rushin: The fact that you close the entire office from 12-1 is ridiculous and makes it hard for customers who are trying to handle banking business on our lunch break. I understand needing a lunch break but when you have full office, you could stagger the breaks. Being closed on Saturday is also utterly ridiculous and has me thinking banking with you. I already have an acct with Neighborhood Credit Union and may need to use them for all my banking needs.

1 /5 Sharon Evans: The hours hours. They dont need close the whole bank at lunch. Not being open on Saturday also stinks. If I could rate it a 0 I would. You should be thinking about customer and you dont.

1 /5 Chris Martinez: Yes, I went on a Monday morning as soon as they opened up young lady named Nicole helped me out while in the process making me feel as if I didn’t Belong at this bank, she stated she didn’t want me to use this account just for transaction. She would rather me have this be my primary financial intuition….. very poor customer relations… Then she tried to blame it on the owner and said it’s the training from the owners…. I’ll be telling everybody I know not to go to citizens national Bank and if you have an account close it fast

5 /5 Patricia Pierce: We love the small town bank feel! CNB is big enough to serve all our needs, but we get the customer service we all want. Margo, the branch manager at the Waxahachie Uptown location, has helped us so many times. She is always friendly and knowledgeable. It is important to be able to trust someone with your finances and Margo makes that easy.
