Shaun Haines My favorite boutique. Tiffany and her girls are so pleasant. They always have all the new looks to make you feel beautiful. They make you feel like family. If I could give 10 stars I would. And they are open on Mondays too. Which is hard to find a store open on Mondays.

Vy Chen this location is awful DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. i went in for a chain and to have a charm engraved, not only was Michelle N rude and unhelpful but the store’s machine didn’t work and my charm had scratches everywhere. my first attempt on engraving the charm was handwritten, a pretty decent size and written within the perimeters. the machine had completely FLIPPED OVER my charm and was writing everything all over the place. they let me redo it again and recommended i used the text setting, which completely ruined the whole purpose of coming in, where i wanted to hand write something but after seeing what happened i settled. i saw the worker pull out another charm from the drawer, where it was completely scratched up. even after using the text setting the charm FLIPPED OVER ONCE AGAIN and looked NOTHING like what was shown. it is completely illegible and looks like chicken scratch, and there is suppose to be a heart written on it????? only after i spent my money and wasted my time the worker THEN AFTER informed me that they have been having problems with the machine, why sell me something that you knew didn’t work?? and people were unhappy with???? i’m upset i wasn’t informed of the issues they had beforehand and how i couldn’t refund this scam. i will never be returning and i hope the worker is retrained thoroughly on customer service and letting them know of any precautions before they spend their money.

Elizabeth Maertz Larry reset an heirloom ring for me and its beautiful. The price was more than fair considering the high cost of gold. They ordered the perfect setting because they listened to what I wanted. Its so wonderful to be able to take my jewelry to an actual jeweler/gemologist for maintenance etc. Instead of having a chain store send my jewelry off to a stranger. Thank you so much Larry and Linda for taking care of me.

David Morton Mr Ortiz is a wonderful jewler and did an amazing job creating a custom ring for me, and my wife! I would recommend him to anyone for his skills and he did it for such a good price, he was super fair and honest. I will be coming here for everything jewelry related!

Michael Morris The staff at this location have gone above and beyond for me! My 93 year old grandmother broke her ring finger and could no longer wear her engagement ring. After working with Kristy, she was able to find/order a 14K gold charm-holder necklace and exchange it for a longer chain so my grandmother could remove it more easily. My grandmother came to tears when she saw it. I would have paid twice what I did, just to see how happy it made her. This small gesture made such a difference to me that I will only shop at this location from now on. Truly thank you to Kristy, Debbie and the James Avery staff in Georgetown for your help and everything you did for me. You all are nothing short of amazing!

Stephanie Hernandez Claude and Debbie make a memorable experience for all of their customers when choosing engagement rings and wedding rings! I was able to customize mine and loved the hospitality and genuine care in each step to finding my forever ring! Also, I get to come in for free cleanings and get reminders from the team when I’m due for a cleaning and to make sure my ring is in tip top shape. No other place does it quite as well in Houson.
