Most recently April helped us figure out how to get our claim to the proper people and she has followed up every step of the way and very cheerfully. Robin Matza Jessica Cox was instrumental in getting me the most money for my claim, for which she served as a third party administrator. Although I am not exactly clear on her role/responsibilities ended once I signed the release form, she assisted with my efforts to secure payment from the moving company, which took over six months. Without her help, I would likely still be waiting for payment.

Donald Alexander Working with the Williams Family Insurance has been a stress free experience and I would gladly recommend them to family and friends. I had an unfortunate mix up in regards to my homeowners insurance and my mortgage company. Melissa contacted my mortgage company herself and got everything sorted out. I’m highly pleased. Casey was a huge help as well.

Tesla James It’s cheap for the same coverage which is great but that’s the extent of it. The entire company is closed on the weekend so if your trying to purchase a vehicle you can’t get coverage to leave the lot. ( the call center won’t set up new policies) They rarely answer the phone even during regular business hours. They have messed up my billing 3-4 times due to lack of communication between departments. All in all it’s quite a hassle having them for insurance but the price makes up for it…mostly.

Shannon Davis I would like to give a shout out to Misty at State Farm in Marshall for her follow up and assistance to getting a car removed from my policy that was sold almost 3 months ago. Not sure why they can add a car in minutes, but it takes months to remove? Although the car is still on my policy and my issue is not resolved, she has been fantastic with customer service, follow up, keeping me in the loop. Thank you Misty! State Farm, you can do better!

yoli boli Im new to Texas and I went to the first agency in my neighborhood. I was paying 5k a year for 3 cars. A friend suggested I shop around for new insurance. I came across Texas Farm Bureau Ins. I gave my info to a really nice lady at the Garland location. I got a call from Darrell and he gave me the best news ever. He was able to insure all my cars for an amazing price. Darrell is very nice, professional and knowledgeable. Im so glad I made the switch. Ill recommend everyone I know to Mr. Darrell.
