1 /5 LeAnn H: Now that my case has finalized for now I can share my experience with this attorney. He was my opposing counsel and I worked directly with him. In my experience, he was not incredibly capable or professional. He seemed to struggle with legal knowledge and basic things like having an office or conference space, working PDF or digitally signing. In my experience, he displayed little regard for the lawyerâs creed or the rules of civil procedure. Dirty tactics that caused more strife and divide for all. He played hide the ball, intentionally ran up fees on both sides, tried to hide and delay for months on end to avoid court hearings, and a multitude of other issues I deemed unethical. Ultimately, Iâm very thankful because I protected my child and got every single thing I asked for and I partially have Mr. Chidester to thank for that. One can only hope that their opposing party hires this attorney because, aside from the headache and havoc he creates, youâll get what you want and need. If youâre considering hiring this attorney, decide if you want a less than professional person to come wreak more havoc in your life and affairs, provide questionable guidance, and ultimately face a poor outcome for you as the client â that would be my guess based on past experience.
I probably would not have bothered to leave a review but this attorney was plain harmful to my child and to the dynamics between two people who needed to maintain a relationship for many, many years. Along with many other things, the child was hospitalized after a life threatening medical event. Chidester never bothered to see how the child was doing or exercise any grace or civility but served us with initial discovery while in the hospital with the child immediately following the life threatening event. This did not bode well for his client.
