Jeff Rogers Smith represented me in 1974 after I been arrested for possession of 4 ounces of Marijuana. I had a co defendant who claimed the pot was his. I was acquitted of the charge after a 4 day trial. As far as I know I was the first person in Hunt County to beat a pot charge.
