Last year I took off work to get my registration done and the lady says that I have to come back the next day with my co-signers signature on a piece of paper without even checking in her system, so the next day I come and see a different lady who says that that was not necessary since my name was on the title, so I wasted two work days and gas money for carelessness on the first woman’s part. THIS YEAR it’s costing me THREE days where I had to leave work early and THREE trips into town with very little gas once again simply because the people who work there either don’t know what they’re doing or simply don’t care. Everyone I’ve talked to has similar stories. Hate this place.

Onesam Definitely one of the best treatments I have received as a customer. I needed to open up a bank account and had went to Wells Fargo, they treated my husband and I terribly we felt so uncomfortable and unwelcome no kind of greeting or a smile we felt as if they didn’t want us there. We saw that PNC just across the street was opened because we went around 4pm and they closed until 6pm and we decided to give it a try. The greatest decision we ever made. As soon as we walked in, Brianna received us with a smile and a charmisma we felt the difference right away and we knew we were in good hands. Shannon helped us with the bank account she was very friendly and was determined to helping us open the account that same day since we needed it very soon and it all got taken care of. I am grateful for how they treated us, I will always recommend this place.
