Tachena Smith terrible law firm! terrible assistant, does nothing or returns phone calls or gets back to you about your case when she says she will. In 3 years only recieved so much as temp orders never got back about a final hearing for family court. I do not recommend them whatsoever!

Leeayn Chapman My husband and I needed to update our wills and other associated documents. We weren’t sure who to use here in the Waco area - our last set of documents were done in NY - so we read reviews on several different law firms. We decided on Rainey and Rainey and are so glad we did! We had our first appointment with Mr. Rainey and went over everything. He covered things for us that we hadn’t even thought about. He asked so many questions and helped us form our answers. He was so patient, even through a very emotional moment. Not long after our meeting, we received the drafts of all of the documents. After reviewing them, we had a couple of questions. I emailed the office and asked the questions. We received answers and solutions to our issues the next day and those were incorporated into our paperwork when we went to signing. We really appreciate the care and help we received from Rainey and Rainey and highly recommend them.
