Gene Birch Gracey and her team are amazing and very knowledgeable. When I bundled my home owners and auto insurance. We called the 1-800 number for Allstate in August 2024. we got insurance at an agreed upon price. In November 2024 unbeknown to us they billed our mortgage for an additional 1,000 dollars. We contacted customer service and got no where. We contacted Gracey and she said for us to transfer our policy to her as our Agent.We did and three days later we were able to get a refund for our 1,000 dollars. We never realized the importance of having an agent. We highly recommend Gracey and her Team. Honest and reliable.

Sylvia De Luna Rogelio is a very prepared and Intelligent person. I really recommend for anybody to go and get any type of insurance with him. He takes his time to recommend and explain any questions you have .

He was also a great help in advising us on getting Texas driver licenses and license plates for our cars.

Remi Vela Megan has been absolutely wonderful to work with as an insurance agent! Anytime Ive ever reached out with a question or concern about my car insurance policy, she has been quick to address it and she always has a kind demeanor! When I was buying another vehicle she ran numbers for me while I was at the dealership just so I had all the information I needed ready at the time of purchase. And today when I asked about moving my payment due date, she called me during her personal time on her way out of town to take care of it!! Like how sweet is she!? Carlos Duarte Customer service is fine, but this is the only insurance co. who has denied my claim. A few of my neighbors, whose houses are one or two years younger than mine, have had their roofs replaced. We all went through the same hailstorms, and their claims were not denied. So, my neighbors have new roofs and mine leaked a few months ago. Unfortunately, once you have a claim, approved or not, it goes on your record and good luck getting a decent price quote when talking to another insurer.
