Sonya Hervey Greg Pharris and his office staff are wonderful. Everyone if very helpful and friendly. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome and are willing to help you in anyway that they can. Our experience with this office has been exceptional.

caden swain Edit: rave reached out to me and apologized for the oversight. Very professional and apologetic. They got my card working again. Revised from 1 star to 4. Original post: Terrible bank. My account got restricted from a nsf fee. I paid the fee in person plus some extra and was told the account would be unlocked immediately. I go to draw out cash after my check dropped and was unable to due to the account still being restricted. There is no way to get emergency cash if need be. My money is being held hostage. There’s no support after hours.. I reccomend neches or some other financial institution.
