1 /5 Jesse Blue: This was the most difficult process for a loan I have ever experienced. Their corporate requirements are Neanderthal and not in line with Texas statutes. The people are friendly, but are not allowed to think on their own. Everything must fit in their box. The loan process took 3 months and we already had a previous loan with them.
