5 /5 Jay Torres: The entire team from top to bottom was beyond amazing- from responding to getting back to me- making it super easy to open up a banking account through them. The most painless time at a bank I have ever experienced.

1 /5 Cynthia Sanders: Absolutely HORRIBLE!!! I am from out of town and needed quarters to do laundry. The lobby was closed, so I went through the drive through window. Although the teller was pleasant, their policy is horrendous. I was told that I cant exchange a $20 dollar bill for two rolls of quarters because I dont have an account. Allegedly, without an account, there is no "tracking" of the money. WHAT!!! It is $20 AMERICAN MONEY!!!! You have the ability to verify it isnt counterfeit. Is this a Federal policy or just your desire to control people?

5 /5 Laura Schnitz: Broadway Bank Seguin Branch has the most professional, friendly employees that I have dealt with. They are part of a national corporation but the Seguin Branch has that small town atmosphere. It is a nice experience on the inside or the drive thru. They treat you like a neighbor. When you need to call bookkeeping. The are ready and willing to help you. They are all around good people.

5 /5 Sebrina Reinardy: Great service. They caught a fraudulent purchase within 5 minutes, notified me right away and blocked it. I did have to go to the bank to get a new bank card but it only took 5 minutes. And they reconfirmed my activity on my debt card.
