1 /5 Lana Ruby: Never have had a "good" experience there. First time I ever went in the lady behind the desk had company. Not customers, just people sitting there having a conversation. I stood there a few minutes to let them finish their conversation because Im not rude but I dont think thats how customer service works. Anyway, I had been to the store several times to obtain my account number because they give you the absolute run around over the phone, offering free service if you dont switch duh duh duh.. but the older lady that works there sent me away each time. Like literally told me she wasnt allowed to give it to me. True or not thats absurd. I have the cruddiest service and I live right smack dab in the middle of town?.. I cant wait to switch! I havent been to another boost store but in regards to this particular store and the company as whole; they suck.
