Their Excellent Customer Service is one of the best reasons to have an account with them. You are not a number with them, you are treated like a valued customer. Hayden and Gabe will take excellent care of you! Thank you BOM for making me feel like a valued customer in a time where banks dont do that anymore!!

1 /5 Daniel Klock: I have made many transactions with my cashapp card at this bank, today a very unexpected error happened. I selected an amount of 240, into cash from the drive through atm. Instead of 240, it gave me the correct amount of bills but it was 5’s, which is equivalent to 60 dollars. So instead of 240, I only got 60 but got charged the 240 out my account. I’ve disputed this in cash app, but I’m totally screwed. I pulled into the bank, & won’t leave the location until this branch opens. Which means I’m going to be very late to work. This is absolutely ridiculous & I’m going to investigate this futher if they don’t give me my money back or figure out what the problem was
